1. Returns Policy for Products
We accept returns for products purchased from our shop under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Please note that certain products are exempt from returns for hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:
- Opened or used skincare and beauty products.
- Custom or personalized items.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or 0113 278 8258. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the returned product meets the conditions outlined in Section 1.
- If the service was cancelled within the allowed cancellation period (see Section 3).
- If a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and issued to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Policy for Services
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to retain a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows or cancellations made after the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including covering return shipping costs, if applicable.
5. Exceptions
We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers.
- Services already rendered.
